MUPIP BACKUP generates RDONLY error when asked to backup database files to which it has readonly access
Final Release Note
Description
MUPIP BACKUP of a readonly database file generates DBRDONLY messages. However, backing up a readonly database file (or one that is readonly to the MUPIP BACKUP process) is a reasonable action.
Draft Release Note
MUPIP BACKUP backs up database files to which it has readonly access. Previously it reported DBRDONLY errors.
