$VIEW("GVFILE",<region>) does not create database file for AutoDB regions
Final Release Note
The function $VIEW("GVFILE",<region>) does not have the side effect of creating the database file for AutoDB regions. Previously, if AutoDB was set for a region, simply querying the file name of such a region with $VIEW() had the side effect of creating the database file where one did not exist. This was not the case if AutoDB was not set for the region. This was only encountered in a development environment and not reported by a user. [#709 (closed)]
