Resolves #52 "General refactorings"

Notes:

Combines csp4-fe, core-fe, and core-be into this repo so that this repo is no longer dependant on other repositiories/packages so that it can be more easily handed over to YES.

Also makes app PWA optimised by changing how routing works for the frontend, slightly breaking windows installs again.
