Kapman Island Resort: Minor track updates

* Add two more drivelines, one for each track, to prevent drive-in-reverse exploits
* Add an invisible barrier along the middle of the island to stop driving across it
* Add Easter Egg Hunt mode; up to 11 eggs can be found depending on difficulty
