item/fluid comparators that can target a specific stack and output a signal based on the stack

able to scroll while hovering over the visible stack on the comparator to determin the max stack size for the max signal?

maybe an additional zone to click that determins whether that is max or min signal

2 different blocks, 1 for item progammable comparators, one for fluid programmable comparators
