Bonus Rolls on Chanced Items

Introduce vanilla loot-table like bonus rolls system to allow single items to be combined into one variable sized itemstack so that additional outputs can still be used in machines that have them

JEI will need additional text grabbing information to describe to the user, or rotating through itemStacks of varying sizes
