Improve wiki dictionary entry display format

In the wiki, dictionary entries are currently displayed similarly to how they're displayed in the desktop Wenlin and in the print editions. We should use more whitespace (newlines and indentation), and font variation (bold/italic/size/color). We should also add explanatory text and help links, and expand abbreviations (e.g., "verb" instead of "v."). We might add a preference for users who prefer brevity, good for handheld devices.

For Cantonese entries we've already added some newlines here and there, but not in a consistent way. See translateToDisplayFormat in WenlinBand.php, where <p> (paragraph tag) gets inserted. The actual presentation should be defined by css rather than php as much as possible.

We define some styles in Common.css:

  • https://wenlin.co/wow/MediaWiki:Common.css
