Tags give the ability to mark specific points in history as being important
Major refactoring of the livereload feature which should now be easier to use and much more reliable.
Fix a critical bug which made the asset tag unusable.
PyPi doesn't allow ovewriting packages with new versions, package needs new version.
Rename to django-assets-livereload (django-assets already taken).
