It now has two outlets, flanking the hotend nozzle,
similar to what's on my small bot.

Also, got rid of the bowden-feed extruder and toolhead designs,
they're obsolete and anyway not needed on the big printer, as
the direct-feed toolhead works just fine.

If someone still needs it, get it from the small printer
repository, or wind this one back one commit and make a copy.
