Class that allows IPC (Named Pipes etc.)

Purpose

Let's say we want to provide some info to external applications like game launchers and tools. Using IPC is the best option to get that.

Solution

• Unix like systems have AF_UNIX sockets.
• Windows systems have Named Pipes.
