A lot of development here, but the summary is addition of a RAM
arbitrary read API, and a pretty cool LTTP item tracker.
The LTTP item tracker has a *lot* of potential, and I plan on taking it
further, but its current state felt like a good place to save work.
Basic item, health, magic and bomb count tracking is available. I've
provided preliminary support for reading what chests have been opened in
rooms and overworld, but haven't looked into how those map to tiles yet.
