## 2018-01-01
Implemented skipping processing unchanged Office files (using `git diff` to tell if a file has changes) and drafted an
intended new feature: in text-only TXT file for each XML file, surround block elements by empty lines to set the apart.
Implemented skipping processing unchanged Office files (using `git diff` to tell if a file has changes).
Attempted recognizing block elements to surround them with blank lines in TXT file to make them stand out, abandon,
too complex to tell what should be block span and do not want the script to understand the XML structure beyond
simple picking out text nodes.

> Planned development:
## Experiment with being smarter about inserting newlines in the generated TXT files to indicate formatting
## Add tests
**In progress**, implemented, but needs to be scraped. Recognizing block elements is more complex than
using tag names of parent elements to the text nodes as currently implemented in `$*Surround` arrays.
Scrape this as I don't want to make this script understand the Office structure beyond dumb finding text nodes.
## Fix broken skipping unchanged files
Currently skips Office files even if they have changes, probably can't use `git log` but need something else.
## Add a script to open PowerShell ISE with the script open and repository root `cd`'d
