Status effects (buffs / debuffs)
To break the monotony of the gameplay, some temporary buffs and debuffs could be found around.
Suggestions include:
- Invulnerability
- Speed / fire rate boost
- Inverted input
- Enemies slow down
- Single-hit shield (protects against next hit, then disappears)
The specific way those effects should spawn remains to be defined (randomly on the map? On enemy kill?)
