- Make maven stuff in Makefile
- Add support for retrieving binary dependencies (like unzipsfx) from
  Makefile
- Add back setoption and setproxy source and build them with mingw32
  (expecting the opensource user to be building on Linux.)
- Add new generic makefile for building python eggs.
- Update .gitignore
- Remove binary versions of stuff that we manually get or build from
  scratch
