Add configuration files, multiple profiles, and a CI/CD pipeline.

BFLogCleaner will create a `conifg.ini` file on first run with the default settings. Settings can be modified in the file to affect the output of the program.

Profiles allow directories to be specified for multiple sets of characters (and processing options can be defined per-file, too.)

CI/CD pipeline automatically builds and attaches the executable (in a zip file) to a release, which it also creates.
