Buttons are stronger calls for action than links.

The responsive behavior of the whole thing is bad, but:

- /home is only displayed on laptops and desktops where Tails can start.
- It's temporary. We can do better for the next survey!
- Our website is not very responsive anyway and the CSS tools we have
  are a nightmare to make things work → cost/benefit very doubtful!
