Two issues with commander's banner and their fix

2 issues in 1:

1. At the moment, the commander's banner applies the saving throw boosting aura to all tokens within range, this should be changed to allies only.

2. The Will save bonus in the effect "Commander's Banner Flying" does not work, the selector "will-save" should be changed to "will".
