Information Article Organization
The Help Center is a bit confusing in terms of which parts of the ORKG have a Help Center article and which don't.
For example, we have a page for the Outcome of the 1st Curation Grant but not for the 2nd or 3rd. Also, I think it is not necessary for the Curation Grants to have their own whole section in the Help Center and also have their own tab in the About > Get involved drop down menu. One of these things should be enough.
We also have a page for How-to and demonstration videos that are just videos back to back without any further context. I don't think this page is needed. I think it would make more sense to have the videos embedded in articles where they serve explanatory purposes.
Also, this article does not need to be here. Only having a link to another article is not worth an entire page from my point of view.
Next, this page lists questions but does not answer them. That is not very useful.
Lastly, we have an entire page dedicated to FAQs. But then, we also have pages like this one or this one that seem like they could be integrated into the FAQ page.
It is also confusing to me what exactly is listed under Tools and what is listed under Features.
For example, SciKGTeX has an article in the About > Features section but is not listed on the Tools page even though I would expect it to be the other way round, i.e. it being listed on the Tools page but not have an article in the Feature section.
Also, ChatGPT has an article in the About > Features section. This article explains how ChatGPT can be used to support users in their ORKG work. However, the way it is listed, it almost looks like ChatGPT is an inbuilt feature of the ORKG. I think, this article should not be listed in the Feature section but be moved to the Help Center.
I think all in all the Help Center and the Info Pages in general need re-organization and better maintenance in order to be helpful to our users.
My suggestion would be to syncronize this with the building of the ORKG Academy such that we can outsource tutorial videos, how-to articles to the Academy and then link to those articles from the newly structured Help Center.
