docs for nixlets

add some way to generate docs for nixlets values (basically option docs). Doesn't need to be so in depth like normal nix option docs though

• add function to generate markdown docs from the values of a passed nixlet (this way one can be generated individually)
• add mdbook docs to this repo and include the generated markdown docs
