OpenGL mode causes crash on flashlight use

Preconditions:

• Add launch option -r_emulate_gl

Client versions affected:

• 56.16
• twitch branch (20.3 at this moment)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch any map, f.e. d2_coast_01
2. Turn on flashlight

Tested this on Windows 10
