TurkerView and TO2

Add checking against TurkerView and TO2 ratings. User should be able to define minimum standards for all three sites, as well set which sites to check and which site ratings should take priority if multiple sites have different ratings.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
