[Suggestion] JDBC connection parameters

You should consider adding the useSSL=true/false option in the jdbc constructor located here DatabaseManager.java#L53

ConsoleSpamFix can clear the warnings, but i think it's better if people are able to actually disable ssl (like half the servers are running)
