Make default jetways with HSBC logo

Make a set of default-compatible jetways which can replace the SAM stuff across the airport. Will need to factor in all terminals and include jetways for different heights and lengths, including A380 jetways. A survey of all jetways is needed to create a full list of jetway types needed.

Note: Not all jetways have HSBC markings currently.
