Reopen twy K next to T2B

Remove the construction where taxiway K is next to terminal 2B. If imagery is available, parking stands on either side can be added as well. The main point here is to just get the taxiway connected as it is now available IRL and VATSIM will expect people to be able to taxi the full length along K now.

Will need to add new ground polygon, lines, lights, and connect the AI route.
