Issue with installation

Am a newbie and this is my first plugin for installation. Please let me know if I am missing any basic steps.

1. I downloaded the .zip file and uploaded the extracted files to ./upload/themes/question/
2. In my Limesurvey Community Edition, Navigated to Congiguration -> Themes -> Question Themes
3. Under Available Question themes, clickec on Install for 'arrayTextArea' and receiving the below error: 500: Internal Server Error Could not save question theme metadata: {"question_type":["Question Type cannot be blank."]}![array_textarea_install]
