Add autocomplete By plugin DB

Usage of DB can really increase the way to use, allow more than 10 000 line for example.

A solution can be :

• Create a dedicated table with : dataname (csv file name), data and value
• Add a system to upload csv file (the hardest part …) (by dataname)
• Checkbox for delete or update dataname
• New function in newDirectRequest
• Since we have more value : limit the number of line returned
