Make encryption optional

On Reddit you inquired about feature requests. I've got one! 😄

Could you make native ZFS encryption optional? I wrote sedunlocksrv-pba to use with my Self Encrypting Drives. Everything is already encrypted on the drive level and I can conveniently remotely unlock these drives on boot.

The rest of your script is still very interesting to me: Ubuntu server install on a ZFS mirror, the pyzsnap snapshot management and zfsbootmenu (to be able to boot into a snapshot after a breaking apt-get update is great).

I hope you can update the script so it will work with both 20.04 LTS and 22.04 LTS. Keep it up!

P.S. I plan to 'roll my own' NAS, as an alternative to Open Media Vault and TrueNAS SCALE. Base install with your script, then add 45Drives Houston UI (modified Cockpit web gui) + add-ons for SMB and ZFS management and then add Docker + Portainer for all other services.
