Add spellchecking to CI for docs and messages

We should add a CI workflow to run spellchecking over the repository, or at least our documentation and messages.

I've set this up before on other projects like github.com/svg/svgo. I've had a positive experience with it, so we can check if cspell can be used on GitLab easily too.
