I don't suppose there are examples of use somewhere, are there?

I've started an IR control project on the Raspberry Pi (for the Mitsubishi IR protocol, which is full state rather than button presses), which means I'm going to need to do raw-mode LIRC I/O.

Doing it in C would be the obvious approach... but for no very good reason, I decided I might take the opportunity to learn Rust.
