add time/timestamps to test results in ontology

Delays are sometimes unacceptable for the Covid-19 test result. In the ontology we already have dates for when the sample was taken and received, and when the result is returned. We might have to elaborate on this to fully express the timeframe of testing, analyzing, and returning the result.
