Practice Mode Ui Rework

Reworking the practice mode to be like pages 34-43 of the redesign document

All functionality applied to this menu should be assigned to the custom stages practice mode as well.

• Search functionality (by name)(By starting letter)
• Difficulty Sorting
• Difficulty Filtering
• High Resolution Stage Preview that displays when hovering over a stage
• High resolution stage preview on the stages
• A vertical scrolling box containing all levels
• The ability to select by World OR Course
• The ability to apply several relevant filters
