Changing graphics options mid-game, then not accepting video option changes, then going back into the options menu does not reset the graphics options.

Steps to repro

1. Open the options menu mid-game
2. Head down to the Unreal graphics options and twiddle with them (eg: change Epic -> Low)
3. Hit backspace, and say no to the do you want to apply video options dialog
4. Go back into options
5. Realize the graphics option you just twiddled with says Low, not Epic.
