Profile list grabs the focus when search is hidden

Antenore Gatta (tmow) requested to merge issue/2082-focus-on-list into master 
When the user set the search bar visibility to hidden, he/she wants
that the connection profile list grabs the focus. This is to reduce
the number of keyboard/mouse interactions.
