Prompt for RD Gateway credentials if not provided, but needed, for stored connection

Currently if a domain name or an IP address is provided for the RD Gateway server, but the username and/or password field for the gateway is left blank, Remmina connection attempt will fail with the error "Authentication to RDP server <server_name> failed. Check username, password and domain."
Would like the ability for Remmina to prompt for the RD Gateway credentials if either the username or password is not provided, but a domain name or IP address is provided for the RD Gateway. This prompt could be similar to the prompt you get for the destination machine credentials if they are not provided, with the addition of some title bar or label information indicating that these credentials will be provided to the RD Gateway server. This would be similar to the behavior of the Microsoft RDP client when a gateway server hostname/IP has been specified, but the username and/or the password has been left blank. This feature ensures that we are not required to store private credentials in the RDP connection database when using the RD Gateway feature.
