Added setting for RDP number of reconnect attempts

Antenore Gatta (tmow) requested to merge feat/2533-custom-reconnect into master
  • General settings for all connection profiles
  • Setting for a specific connection profile
  • If not set it uses the FreeRDP default that is 20
  • Connection profile setting have precedence to the general settings

Should fix #2079 (closed)

Closes #2533 (closed)
