Debian Lintian, appstream and AppImage detected issues fixes

This MR fixes some issues detected by the Debian Lintian system and building the AppImage with linuxdeploy and appstream validate

@mfvescovi as soon as this MR will be merged and tested, the patchset can be taken to fix the Lintian issues.
