[remmina_main] Quick connect bar not visible

If (should be the default) the quick search and quick connect bar are not enable, the new quick connect bar is not visible and cannot be activated.

As it doesn't make sense with the new setup to disable both bar, it's preferable to remove the old code and the menu entries.
