VNC window immediately closes after connection attempt

I started using Remmina about 3 years ago and it worked great. At some point (maybe two years ago), it began to immediately close when I started a session. At that point, I ended up removing Remmina and all of its config files and whatnot. I reinstalled, but still it did the same thing.

Now two years later, I tried the remmina-next PPA and it still does the same thing, so I'm hoping I can figure out the problem.

VNC Viewer and other VNC apps work fine.

Please let me know what I can test or any other logs I can provide.
