Snap package: Other executables like remmina.xfreerdp do not work
I am using the Remmina Snap package on Ubuntu 22.04.3.
Apparently, the Remmina Snap package not only creates a symlink for 'remmina', but for many other tools inside it too:
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 13 2023-08-24 11:52 remmina -> /usr/bin/snap
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 13 2023-08-24 11:52 remmina.pyhoca-cli -> /usr/bin/snap
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 13 2023-08-24 11:52 remmina.winpr-hash -> /usr/bin/snap
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 13 2023-08-24 11:52 remmina.winpr-makecert -> /usr/bin/snap
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 13 2023-08-24 11:52 remmina.wlfreerdp -> /usr/bin/snap
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 13 2023-08-24 11:52 remmina.xauth -> /usr/bin/snap
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 13 2023-08-24 11:52 remmina.xfreerdp -> /usr/bin/snap
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 13 2023-08-24 11:52 remmina.xprop -> /usr/bin/snap
I thought that was convenient, because I wanted to test something with the latest xfreerdp. But alas, it doesn't work:
$ remmina.xfreerdp
/snap/remmina/5782/usr/bin/xfreerdp: error while loading shared libraries: libX11.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Even a simple tool like winpr-hash does not work either:
$ remmina.winpr-hash
/snap/remmina/5782/usr/bin/winpr-hash: error while loading shared libraries: libicuuc.so.66: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
If such Snap links do not work, then the Snap package should refrain from creating them.
