Get More Familiar With '86 — EIGHTY-SIX'

(Extracted from #60 (closed).)

     See issue #48.

There may be or are some aspects of 86 — EIGHTY-SIX that I'd need to become more familiar with for this project if I were to use it as a crossover source material origin here. Here's what I'm fully familiar with so far:

  • Its original web novel iteration and any side stories: I haven't looked into it at all.
  • Its light novel adaptation/iteration:
    • The main series: I haven't read it.
    • Anime adaptation/iteration Blu-ray release bonus content:
      • A 'magical girls in space' AU consisting of:
        • 86 — Eighty Six- Magical Girl Regina ☆ Lena ~Fight! Galactic Navigating Battleship San Magnolia~: I haven't read it.
        • 86 — Eighty Six- Magical Girl Regina ☆ Lena & Empress ☆ Frederica ~Deathblow! Extermination Cannon~: I haven't read it.
      • The upcoming as-yet-untitled Giad Federacy spin-off (side?) story: As it hasn't gotten released yet, I naturally haven't read it.
  • Its manga adaptation/iteration:
    • The multiple main series:
      • 86 ~Eighty-Six~, the undifferentiated original series, adapting the light novel's first arc: I haven't read it.
      • 86 ~Eighty-Six~: Run Through the Battlefront, adapting the light novel's second arc, which shares that subtitle: I haven't read it.
      • 86 ~Eighty-Six~: Fragmental Neoteny, adapting the light novel's third arc, which also shares its subtitle: I haven't read it.
    • Spin-off content:
      • 86 ~Eighty-Six~: Operation High-School, a high-school AU manga: I haven't read it.
      • 86 ~Eighty-Six~: Official Deformed Manga, a chibi manga: I haven't read it.
      • 86 ~Eighty-Six~: Official Comic Anthology: I haven't read it.
  • Its anime adaptation/iteration: I've watched its first season (both cours,) currently its only one.
