Get More Familiar With the 'Assault Lily' Franchise

(Extracted from #60 (closed).)

There may be or are some aspects of the Assault Lily franchise that I'd need to become more familiar with for this project if I were to use it as a crossover source material origin here. Here's what I'm fully familiar with so far, I'm only using the Assault Lily: Bouquet anime, but, for completeness's sake, excluding the original Assault Lily and Custom Lily line(s) of action-figure dolls and model kits:

  • Its light novel iteration continuity:

    • Assault Lily ~Team Hitotsuyanagi, Assemble!~: I haven't read it.
    • Assault Lily ARMS, focusing on Mashima Moyu: I haven't read it.
  • Its theater iteration continuity, consisting of several interconnected stage plays:

(Note that information on this continuity in English is quite sparse, even bordering on non-existent in some cases, but I've noted what I can down here.)

    • The Assault Lily × Ludovico* Girls' Academy series:

Re-imagines characters from the obscure Japanese '(St.) Ludovico* Girls' High School' theater troupe's titular existing play series in the setting of Assault Lily.

      • The series's main line of plays:
        • The 'Schwester chapter,' comprising:
          • Volume 1, Schwester no Inori, or, lossely translated, Schwester's Prayer: I haven't seen a recording of it.

          • Volume 2, Schwester no Himitsu, or, loosely translated, Schwester's Secret: I haven't seen a recording of it.

          • Volume 3, Schwester no Chikai, or, loosely translated, Schwester's Pledge or Schwester's Oath:

A 'compilation plus complete edition' recut of the first two volumes.

            I haven't seen a recording of it.

        • The 'Resistance chapter,' comprising:
          • Volume 4, title unknown: I haven't seen a recording of it.
          • Volume 5, Shinjitsu no Yaiba, or, loosely translated, Blade of Truth: I haven't seen a recording of it.
        • A 'volume 6' in Schwester no Inori's 2021 recut: I haven't seen a recording of it.
        • A later recut of Schwester no Himitsu: I haven't seen a recording of it.
      • Two side story plays, titles also unknown: I haven't seen recordings of either of them.

      * 'Ludovico' here actually has multiple possible transliterations from the original Japanese 'ルドビコ' (literal rōmaji: 'Rudobiko' or 'Rudbiko,') varying in which of either of the first or second 'o's in the word they keep or drop depending on how the 'syllable' weight given when pronouncing each of those particular morae ends up getting represented in the resulting transcription.
Depending on the transcription used, a vowel sound might get dropped and folded into its immediately-preceding consonant by treating the former as aspiration trailing off of the latter as part of its phoneme boundary. The various transcriptions possible here are therefore 'Ludovico,' 'Ludvico,' and 'Ludovic' (though, notably, not 'Ludvic,' dropping both 'o's.) In this case, I'm using 'Ludovico' because the context of Ludovico Girls' Academy and (St.) Ludovico Girls' High School both being Japanese Catholic schools narrows the number of possible transliterations down to just that one, as it matches up with Ludovico of Asoria, the school's likely namesake.

    • Plays featuring Team Hitotsuyanagi and their story in this continuity:

      • Assault Lily: League of Gardens:

Covers Riri Hitotsuyanagi's early days training to be a Lily and the formation of her Legion around her, but also features Lilies from other Gardens during a mission later on. (The end of this overlaps with the beginning of Assault Lily × Ludovico Girls' Academy volume 1, Schwester no Inori, slightly.)

        I haven't seen a recording of it.

      • Assault Lily: The Fateful Gift: I haven't seen a recording of it.

      • Assault Lily: Lost Memories: I haven't seen a recording of it.

    • Plays focusing on Odaiba Girls' School:

      • Assault Lily: The Singular Ability: I haven't seen a recording of it.
      • Its sequel, title unknown: I haven't seen a recording of it.
  • Its manga iteration:

    • Assault Lily: League of Gardens -full bloom-, an expanded adaptation of the Assault Lily: League of Gardens stage play: I haven't read it.
  • Its anime iteration continuity, including supplementary material:

  • Its mobile game iteration, though it isn't entirely clear if this also constitutes a separate continuity:

    • Assault Lily: Last Bullet: I've neither played it nor watched any footage of players doing so.
  • Web-original supplementary content:

    • Assault Lily Radio Garden, an Internet radio program: I haven't ever tuned in to it or listened to any potential recordings of it.
    • Mashima Moyu's CHARM Workshop: I haven't read it.
    • Niigata Recovery Blitzkrieg: I haven't read it.
    • Natsuyoshi & Iwata's Ramune de Kanpai, or Natsuyoshi & Iwata's Cheers with Ramune: I haven't ever tuned in to it or listened to any potential recordings of it.
