Engine: Resolve support of volumes mounts with absolute paths on Windows
I have spotted this issue while I have tried to mount 2 volumes and execute any gitlab-ci job. Command which I have used is:
> `gitlabci-local -S -v C:\Users\ZajacK\.kube:/etc/kube -v C:\Users\ZajacK\.m2:/root/.m2 -e KUBECONFIG=/etc/kube/config`
After choosing any job from menu following exception is thrown:
```
During handling of the above exception, another exception occurred:
I did some quick look how volumes are resolved by modifying engine/docker.py script:
```
def run(self, image, command, entrypoint, variables, network, volumes, directory):
print(volumes.get())
```
and I got following outcome:
```
{'C:\\Users\\ZajacK\\IdeaProjects': {'bind': '/builds', 'mode': 'rw', '.source': 'C:\\Users\\ZajacK\\IdeaProjects'}, 'C': {'bind': '\\Users\\ZajacK\\.kube', 'mode': '/etc/kube', '.source': 'C'}, 'C\\.': {'bind': '\\Users\\ZajacK\\.m2', 'mode': '/root/.m2', '.source': 'C\\.'}, '/var/run/docker.sock': {'bind': '/var/run/docker.sock', 'mode': 'rw', '.source': '/var/run/docker.sock'}}`
```
I guess that somewhere earlier at the code parser for volumes has got bug and is splitting string by ":" character, not having in mind
that if OS is windows then file path would have ":" after drive letter. Although I have not verified that and didn't dig deep enough.
Maybe there is some regexp library or system library which could be use to determine valid paths for given OS ?
At windows environment it there can be paths having driver letter followed by ":" character but as well network paths which won't have it - f.e. \\host\share\folder\file
