Current Version (3.0.5) no longer compatible with latest pangolin version

Hello, when updating pangolin (using the provided script) Pagnolin is no longer able to work, as multiple libraries are missing. I was able to temporarily fix this problem by installing my own version of pangolin from git directly and then linking to this version on the start of an analysis.
