QC-metrics for upload to RKI

Hello,

we are sequencing covid samples and then upload them to the RKI for analysis.

The RKI has specific QC metrics that have to be fulfilled in order to be able to upload the samples.

As this is the pipeline recommended and developed by the RKI, it would be gerat if the QC-Report addressed the QC information needed for the upload to the RKI. The most important I think are the 20X coverage %, as well as the %N-content.
