feasible to connect 2 servers?

Could these servers be used to connect 2 MQTT servers? I have 2 raspis connected to different network. Each one is running a mosquitto servers. If possible, I'd like to connect them using nrf24l01 transceptor, and keep MQTT topics in sync over the radio
