Value Change event not processed

If you create a QControl and at the same time update its value with the property Val(Sgnl), the event is lost. This happens because the Reg Events in the Event Handler is executed after the generation of the event.

If you put a breakpoint on the property Val(Sgnl), then the event will be processed.
