complete LSDA rho conversion
rho%of_r and rho%of_g are converted from (up,down) into (up+down, up-down). In the previous version rho%ns was converted too, but, for convenience, it has now been restored to the (up,down) form. There are some 'provisional fixes' in CPV in order to make it work with the modified subroutines shared with PW.
