The code set the correct wfc velocity after the last CG step and inizialize again the k-dependent mass of the electron mu(k) in the first Verlet step after the CG.
 Note that CG modifies the array of the electron mass.

 Modified the input documentation for cp.x: the velocity read from input is not in atomic units, but has the same length units specified in the input for the positions, and time in atomic units.
