NEB crashes when an image loses symmetry

The problem is described in this thread: http://lists.quantum-espresso.org/pipermail/users/2019-February/042084.html Possible solutions:

• easy: disable symmetry in all intermediate images (end points should be safe)
• almost as easy: don't restart from wavefunctions at previous step if the number of k-points is not the same of the previous
• not so easy: generate wavefunctions at missing k-points
