PAW yields suspect results - there is a big jump in the energy when the exact exchange is turned on. See: urea_crysm_paw.out, urea_small_paw.out

PAW with tqr and k-points doesn't work - compare urea_crysm_paw.out with urea_crysm_paw_tqr.out

PAW with tqr and 1 k-point k=0 works - compare urea_small_paw_kappa.out and urea_small_paw_kappa_tqr.out (same results as urea_small_paw_gamma.out and urea_small_paw_gamma_tqr.out)
